WE ARE OFFERING A WONDERFUL, PRIMITIVE, 19TH CENTURY PANTRY BOX WITH LID, IN A GREAT OLD WINDSOR GREEN PAINTED SURFACE. IT IS A 19TH CENTURY MAPLE/ASH BENTWOOD BOX WITH PINE TOP AND BOTTOM. IT IS SECURED WITH COPPER TACKS/NAILS AND WOODEN PEGS.

ITS LID MEASURES 9 3/4" IN DIAMETER, BASE 9 1/2" IN DIAMETER, 5 1/8" HIGH WITH LID ON, 4 7/8" HIGH WITHOUT LID AND HAS A 1 1/8" DEEP LID RIM.

THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL PAINTED PANTRY BOX WITH A WONDERFUL SOILED, PAINTED SURFACE WITH VERY MINOR WEAR!

THE LID FITS SNUG AND THE BOX IS IN GREAT ORIGINAL CONDITION STRUCTURALLY! THE ONLY ISSUE IS A MINOR 1" LONG TIGHT HAIRLINE AT THE TOP EDGE OF THE BOX, WHICH CAN BE SEEN IN THE LAST PHOTO.
