Antique Celluloid Victorian Lady Big Dresser Box Picture(s) and Description:

This is one of several old dresser boxes that I am listing. This is a big beauty measuring approx. 12.25"W. It features a raised lady on the lid and raised flowers on the lid and bottom. I'm showing a lift on the left side of the lid. There is a small spot on the lady's cheek. There are 2 light spots -- one on each side, at the bottom front.

A small lift in the celluloid also on each bottom corner of the backside. Good hinges.

Good clasp. The insides are still nice with just a little aging. No holes. I notice a piece of pink satiny ribbon that matches the bottom -- going around the sides of the bottom of the box. I suspect that this is a nice, later addition. There's a little metal tab on the inside lid -- it must have held something at one time (a jar or mirror maybe?).
