PRIMITIVE STYLE "FORTUNE TELLER" WOOD TRINKET JEWELRY BOX For your consideration, is a nice New Wood Rectangle Trinket Box with a dome lid and a metal handle, latch, hinges and metal insets along the top and down the front. I have hand painted it Bittersweet Orange and decorated it using Black and olde mustard. The inside is stained very dark brown. On the top, I have added a ¼ Moon with stars and a Fortune Teller and a Crystal Ball. On the front I have stenciled “FORTUNE TELLER”. On one end I have stenciled “POTIONS” with Stars and Saturn. On the back are stars and on the other end “SPELLS” with Stars and Saturn. This box has a nice metal handle, latch and 2 metal hinges for opening that I have painted Bittersweet Orange and aged. I have aged this box with my special aging process to give it a great primitive look and sealed it with a clear coat for protection. This box measures 7 inches long X 5-1/4 inches and stands 4-3/4 inches tall. The inside measurements are 6-1/2 inches X 4-3/4 inches X 3 inches tall. You could store lots of trinkets or it could be used as a jewelry box. It will also hold your 4 X 6 Recipe cards. There are many uses for this decorative piece.
