Do I have a deal for you!!! I recently purchased this vintage Japanese puzzle box from an elderly lady. I bought it to see what it was all about. I worked on getting it opened for 3 weeks solid, and could not figure out the trick. That is why I am selling it. In the process of trying to figure out how to open it I noticed that there is something inside it. I can hear the thing being knocked around, but still I am unable to open it. I did not want to break it to find out what it was so that is why I am selling it to someone who does know. The only thing that I ask is that if whoever wins this auction is able to open it please let me know what was inside. The box itself does look like it has seen better days, but it is an older piece.
